Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over €50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

International Shipping

We ship worldwide except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Returns & Exchanges

At Extérieur Camping Magasin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase: Required (order number or invoice)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used water bottles (gourdes déjà utilisées)
  • Unpacked sleeping bags (sacs de couchage déballés)
  • Any camping equipment that has been used outdoors
  • Items damaged by misuse

Return Process

  2. Package Your Item
    Once you receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), carefully pack the item with all accessories in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Only the item price will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for another product from our range:
